Transport 2004-2005 Season

The branch will be running a mini bus to the following games this season:

Transport Information

Please note that places will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis and will not be confirmed until the Branch Secretary has received your full payment (requested at least 28 days in advance).

17 SEAT MINI BUS

The price of a return journey will be £25.00 (excluding match ticket).

Insurance

We, the Branch, are required to leave an excess deposit of £250 or £500 dependant on which hire company that has transport available on the day. This deposit is to cover the excess on the insurance for the vehicle and personal liability. This cheque is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.

Anyone who intends using the transport during the 2004-2005 season are required to forward an undated signed cheque with cheque guarantee card number on the reverse, made payable to "NFSC SW & M5 Branch", to the Branch Secretary at the earliest opportunity. These cheques will be held by the Branch Treasurer and will not be cashed unless required by the insurance company.

Should the Branch need to cash the cheques, the following monies (from those using the transport at the time of the incident) would be required with the sum calculated proportional to the numbers travelling.

The transport will stop at any requested area on the A38 or M5. The timings shown are based on the most used pick up points from previous journeys and are normally the earliest time that we can expect to arrive at each pick up point. Recommend you call Dave on his mobile 07977 117963 on the day of travel for more accurate and up to date timings.

Transport will have an A3 size Supporters Club plaque in the front window displaying the Branch.

Tickets

Match tickets for those travelling on the transport are available through the Branch Secretary but are subject to availability.

Tickets ordered through the Branch Secretary will incur a £1.00 administrative fee.

For home match tickets please state your preferred seating area when ordering along with alternative seating area and the Branch Secretary shall endeavour to get these seats for you.

Note:

Payment for transport and tickets must be with the Branch Secretary when requested at least 28 days in advance of the game unless alternative arrangements have been authorised by the Branch Secretary.
