By rail:
From Railway Station (Lime Street): Though Lime Street is the nearest railway station to Anfield it is still a 2.2 mile walk, and not pleasant either, mostly uphill and through the inner city. Best option is to catch a bus from the centre - see below.

By bus:
Buses from the city centre 19, 20, F1, F9, F2, 30

Trouble Factor:
A very safe ground to visit.

Car Parking:
Parking for Everton games can be a bit of a nightmare, however, it's nowhere near as bad as for Liverpool.
Stanley Park car park has 1000 spaces available and is the most popular as it is very secure.
After this there is parking on On Anfield Road at the junction with Blessington Road.
Street parking is limited, with strictly-enforced residents' parking schemes. And though it may be an overused stereotype for Liverpudlians, car crime is rife on match days.

Pubs:
There are a lot of pubs in the area around Goodison Park and Anfield, and pleasantly, most allow a good mix of home and away fans. The pubs nearest the ground tend to get very full, those wanting a quieter drink may prefer to move further away from the ground.
