By car:
From the North: Follow signs for the M61 towards Manchester/Bolton and leave at Junction 6. Take the first exit off sliproad roundabout onto the A6027 Mansell Way. At the next roundabout go straight on and take slip road on the left onto Stadium Visitor's car park 'A'. From the South: Follow signs for M61 towards Preston. (Do NOT take the A666 towards Bolton). Turn off the M61 at Junction 6 and take the third right exit from the sliproad roundabout onto the A6027 Mansell Way. At the next roundabout go straight on and take slip road on the left onto Stadium Visitor's car park 'A'.

By rail:
The ground has a new station right next door called Horwich Park. To get to the ground step out of the station and you can't miss it.

Trouble Factor:
Though trouble was a regular occurrence at Burnden Park, since the club moved out to the Reebok the atmosphere has cooled somewhat. A safe ground for the away fan.

Car Parking:
One of the new breed of modern arenas built next to a motorway. Very convenient but you have to park in the stadium car park, which has ample room but extortionate prices (£5 in 2000/2001). The alternative is to park away from the ground and enjoy a very long walk.

Pubs:
Pubs nearby on the retail park are not overly weloming to away fans, if you are not wearing colours you may get in. Alternatively eat and drink in the ground. The food is actually quite good and the prices are not too high.

Food:
See Pubs.
